FormingSuite is a software for simulating the forging process and estimating its costs. Using augmented analysis techniques and finite element analysis techniques, the program is able to design, model, and simulate different formats through the shaping method. Prior knowledge of finite element analysis is not required to work with this program. The user interface of the program provides all functionality in a user-friendly manner and performs all calculations in the background automatically. You work with graphical tools and get results in 3D or in the form of detailed reports and information tables. Projects are made as module-based so you can modify the module at any stage of the project. The program offers advanced features that you may not have seen in similar applications, or at least not implemented properly.

The molds and sheets that are designed and modeled in this application are easily applicable in drilling and cutting processes. The program is automatically able to extract template geometry. The program closely monitors the molding processes of metallic molds, and with finite element analysis is able to make intelligent suggestions for design improvement. All pre-processing and post-processing can be done in a single graphical environment.
